- Do you have model homes to visit?
- Yes, we have several. They represent our different types of houses and we invite you to visit today.
- Are your model homes decorated and furnished?
- Some of our homes are beautifully furnished and decorated to offer you a genuine idea of the architectural lines, as well as the many options available to you at our suppliers.
- What are the list prices of homes?
- Prices vary depending on the type of house chosen, the options selected and the lot. That is why we invite you to contact our sales office.
- What are your delivery dates?
- Our homes are usually ready for occupancy within four months following the signing of the offer. These time limits may vary depending on the type, the period of the year and total orders. We also offer a range of inventory homes for quick occupancy.
- What is an inventory home?
- An inventory home is a new home which the production has already been started to expedite the delivery times. In most cases, your selection of options, exterior colors and interior materials and finishes are still possible.
- Is it possible to make changes on your plans?
- With a selection of more than 20 different house models and a most impressive range of options available, understand that the plan you have chosen is just a preliminary sketch of your dream. You want to add windows, wood floors, or a garage? You want to change certain dimensions? Your Bouladier home will correspond to your every desire!
- Do you consider the references?
- Yes, any purchaser referring a customer will be rewarded. The new client must inform the sales representative of its reference at his first visit. The purchaser will receive a $ 500 check for referring. Certain conditions may apply.
